Can I book a same-day delivery?

Yep. We get it –– life happens and FleetMiser is here to help. Maybe your customer has an urgent need or something came up, FleetMiser can adapt to lastminute and realtime requests. If it is logistically possible FleetMiser will show you how.

Can I cancel a delivery that is enroute?

Absolutely! FleetMiser does not impose any restrictions. It is up to your business' terms and conditions but you can cancel or reopen an order up until the delivery is completed. Just remember your driver (and customer) will also be notified ;-)

How do realtime and service windows help my customers?

Sometimes delivers may save your customers time and money. For example a facility may have their operations on hold and loosing a lot of money by the minute. In another example a repair facility may want their repair bay allocated at certain service windows to maximize their business.
